At Lessons in Speech, we are committed to providing high-quality services that meet your needs. Below you’ll find the details regarding our refund and cancellation policies. Please read carefully before purchasing any of our services.

  • Speech Evaluations

Refund Policy:

  1. Developmental Coursework for Caregivers and Professionals:
    • All course purchases are non-refundable after the course access has been granted. If you experience issues accessing the content, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase for assistance.
  2. Speech Evaluations:
    • A full refund is available if the evaluation has not been scheduled. Once the evaluation is scheduled, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • If you decide to cancel the evaluation after it has been completed, refunds will not be issued.
  3. Speech Therapy:
    • Therapy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, a refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
    • For missed sessions without prior notice, a fee equivalent to the full session cost will be charged.
  4. Consultations:
    • Consultations are refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled consultation rate.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule any of the above services, please notify us as soon as possible:
    • Developmental Coursework: No cancellation is required after purchase, but access issues should be communicated promptly.
    • Speech Evaluations & Therapy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any penalties or fees.
    • Consultations: Cancellations or reschedules must be done at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
